FOR DELIVERIES TO HAWAII:
Delivery Terms are Ex Works (EXW) Seller’s Premises, Johns Creek, Georgia- Incoterms® 2020
EXW is an INCOTERM® defined, established, and published by the International Chamber of Commerce under the Incoterms® 2020 Rules as clarified in 2025, wherein the responsibilities, costs, risks, and delivery terms between Sellers and Buyers are defined. EXW applies to any combination of truck, rail, air, or ocean freight required to reach Hawaii from Georgia.
Under EXW, Seller’s responsibility is to package the Paintings and inform Buyer when and where they are available for pickup. When the Paintings are made available for pickup, the Paintings are deemed “delivered,” Title to the Paintings vests in the Buyer, and Seller’s legal Responsibilities officially end.
Under EXW, Buyer is responsible for arranging pickup of the Paintings from Seller’s Premises on the specified date. When the Paintings are made available, Buyer assumes all costs, payments, responsibilities, and risks associated with ownership, transport and delivery including, but not limited to, insurance coverage active from the moment the Paintings are available for pickup, loading the Paintings onto the truck at Seller’s Premises, arranging and paying for transit to the port and final destination, freight, carriage, shipping, brokerage fees, handling, risks of damage, risk of loss, clearance, taxes, storage fees for late pickup, and all other charges that apply to, or are associated with, handling the complex logistics of transport and delivery to Buyer’s final destination in a non-contiguous state.

Under EXW, Seller’s responsibility is to package the Paintings and inform Buyer when and where they are available for pickup. When the Paintings are made available for pickup, the Paintings are deemed “delivered,” Title to the Paintings vests in the Buyer, and Seller’s legal Responsibilities officially end.
Under EXW, Buyer is responsible for arranging pickup of the Paintings from Seller’s Premises on the specified date. EXW is an INCOTERM® defined, established, and published by the International Chamber of Commerce under the Incoterms® 2020 Rules as clarified in 2025, wherein the responsibilities, costs, risks, and delivery terms between Sellers and Buyers in global trade are defined. EXW applies to any combination of truck, rail, air, or ocean freight required to reach international destinations from Seller’s Premises in the U.S.A.
Under EXW, Seller’s responsibility is to package the Paintings and inform Buyer when and where they are available for pickup. When the Paintings are made available for pickup, they are deemed “delivered,” Title to the Paintings vests in Buyer, and Seller’s legal responsibilities officially end.
Under EXW, Buyer is responsible for arranging pickup of the Paintings from Seller’s Premises on the specified date. When the Paintings are made available for pickup, all risks of transfer vest in Buyer who assumes all responsibilities, arrangements, payments, costs, and risks associated with ownership including, but not limited to, arranging and paying for, insurance coverage active from the moment the goods are available for pickup, loading the Paintings onto the collecting vehicle at Seller’s Premises, transit to the port and final destination, carriage, shipping, brokerage fees, handling, risks of damage, risk of loss, freight, U.S. customs and export clearance, VAT, export/import customs, duties, transport and delivery, tariffs, GST, storage fees, and all other taxes, penalties, and charges that apply to, or are associated with, handling the complex logistics of transport and delivery to Buyer’s final international destination.
